Ancient Egypt Comes To Life
Year 3 were thrilled to welcome the Rainbow Theatre Company for an exciting and fully interactive performance all about Ancient Egypt!
The hall was transformed as we travelled back in time to explore the lives of pharaohs, gods, mummies and everyday Egyptians. The performance was packed with drama, humour and fascinating historical facts, helping to bring our history learning to life in a memorable way.
Every single child took part in the experience — whether through acting, chanting, answering questions or helping to recreate key moments from Ancient Egyptian life. The energy and enthusiasm in the room were incredible!
The workshop helped deepen our understanding of Egyptian beliefs, daily life and the importance of the River Nile, all while building confidence and teamwork. It was a truly engaging experience that we will be talking about for a long time.
