It has been a very exciting start to the Spring term for Year 3!

We had a visit from Esther and Anna from the Crick Institute, who came to teach Year 3 all about the skeleton. We decided to investigate if older children have longer bones than shorter children. We measured our arm span in groups and then plotted our results on a whole class chart. Our results showed quite a mix in our class! Then we explored some scientific objects in groups using our senses to guess what the objects were, and categorize these on a chart!

Thank you to the Crick, Esther and Anna for starting off our Spring Term (and Science Week) with such excitement!
