In RE, Year 2 made Christingles! They learned about the meaning behind each part: the orange represents the world; the red ribbon represents Jesus’ sacrifice to show God’s love; the cocktail sticks represent the four seasons; the dried fruit symbolises all of God’s creations; the candle represents Jesus himself, the light of the world.
