Today in Year 1, we had a visit from our Mystery Reader, Cristina!
She read a Julia Donaldson story and brought in grapes for the children to share during story time.
Science: Everyday Materials
This week in science, we have been exploring everyday materials through the story of the Three Little Pigs. We discovered what materials felt like, then we designed a house that would be strong enough so that the wolf would not be able to blow the houses down. We ended our week by making our houses in the playground.
