On Tuesday 28th January, Year 3 visited the CLC to explore more about coding. Year 3 were lucky enough to visit the Camden Learning Centre as part of our work on coding. We met Mary who introduced us to the idea of using blocks to build programs and instructions. Then we practiced using computing programs to work simple instructions including using a motor. Finally, we got to experiment with creating our own computer programs for lego animals/objects, which then had additional skills to program. We had roaring lions, goalies that had movement sensors and crocodiles that tried to eat our hands!
