As part of our science topic for the Spring term, Year 1 have been learning about different materials and their properties. Year 1 were then given the task to design and build a house perfect for one of the three little pigs! It needed all four walls, a roof, and had to stay upright even if a big bad wolf blew on it.

There were a range of different materials to choose from: cardboard, paper, fabric, plastic legos and wooden lolly sticks.
