Year 5 took part in an exciting Black History Month dance workshop where they explored a variety of African fusion music and dance styles from across the continent. The children learned new movements inspired by different African cultures, developing rhythm, coordination, and confidence while celebrating the richness and diversity of African heritage through dance.
