At Holy Trinity and S. Silas we have wonderful staff who work incredibly closely, and successfully as a team to ensure that the children at our school are given the best experience of primary education and learning. An important factor in the success of our staff is careful and considered recruitment.
As a school, we are committed to recruiting innovative, creative and inspiring teachers. We believe we can support all teachers, from early career teachers to those with experience, in becoming great educators of the future, sharing our vision of teaching through a creative and challenging curriculum.
When recruiting teachers there are a number of channels we go through:
- the Camden Primary Partnership (The Teaching School Network we are part of with links to the Institute of Education, UCL);
- Camden local authority/Camden Learning;
- national advertising using the TES and The Guardian;
- our school website
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
