At Holy Trinity we believe in the power of using the arts: visual, performance and music to inspire, motivate and engage children in their learning.

Wherever possible we use arts across the curriculum, for example using paintings or film clips to inspire writing. In addition we have specialist teachers for art, drama and music who work with children and class teachers across the school, from Reception to Year 6. Every class has a weekly drama session with the drama teacher and their teacher. The drama lesson is not only about building children’s confidence, voice and dramatic skills but also for understanding challenging concepts and as a stimulus for further work.
