Every autumn term, pupils in Year 6 apply for the roles of Head Girl, Head Boy, Deputy Head Girl and Deputy Head Boy. As well as submitting a written application, they must also attend an interview with the Senior Leadership Team to discuss their ideas for how the school could be developed. The appointed team work tirelessly throughout the rest of the year organising school events and charity functions, and representing the views of their peers, forming a vital part of the pupil voice that we encourage at our school. This role also enables them to develop and model their leadership skills.
