Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.

Wellbeing Tip of the Week – Keep Learning

It is always a good time to learn something new! Setting goals, being open to new ideas and continuing to learn throughout life helps boost wellbeing and build resilience. Learning improves our self-esteem, keeps us connected and involved, and helps us adapt to change and find meaning in our lives. Train your brain with new challenges and keep it guessing!
Christian Value of Endurance

On Monday we thought about how the Holy Family, of Jesus, Mary and Joseph had to escape to Egypt to stop the child being killed; how they spent five years in a foreign country before being able to return home. It was God who gave them the endurance not only to survive but to flourish.
As for us, we have this large crowd of witnesses round us. So then, let us rid ourselves of everything that gets in the way, and of the sin which holds on to us so tightly, and let us run with determination the race that lies before us.
Hebrews 12:1
Sporting News

Earlier this week, a group of our Y5 children took part in an after school dodgeball competition. They all had to mix up into teams with children from various other Camden primary schools and compete in a series of games. The children had a fantastic time and really enjoyed getting to know new people. A huge well done to the whole team! We would like to give a few special mentions to: Ilyas, Freya, Rilind and Elias for their excellent display of care, courage and cooperation throughout the entire event.
