This week, Year 3 proudly took part in Neurodiversity Week. We spent time learning about how every brain is different and how these differences make our classroom stronger, kinder and more interesting.

Through stories, discussions and activities, the children explored how some people may learn, communicate or experience the world in unique ways. We talked about the importance of empathy, patience and celebrating each other’s strengths. Pupils shared thoughtful ideas about how we can support our friends and make sure everyone feels included and valued.

It was inspiring to see the class show such maturity, respect and compassion. Neurodiversity Week helped us remember that there is no single “right” way to think or learn — and that our differences are something to be proud of. Together, we are building a classroom where everyone belongs 💙
