This week, our pupils took part in an engaging and thought-provoking workshop delivered by Tender, led by the fantastic Marie and Jen. Over two days, the children stepped away from their desks and immersed themselves in interactive activities, including games, scripts, and role play. By exploring different characters and scenarios, pupils were encouraged to “step into someone else’s shoes,” helping them to better understand emotions, perspectives, and the impact of words and actions.

The workshop created a safe space for reflection, allowing children to think about who they are, what matters to them, and the qualities they bring to friendships. Together, they celebrated the positive aspects of healthy relationships while also discussing strategies for navigating challenges and seeking support when needed. It was wonderful to see such thoughtful participation, curiosity, and maturity throughout the sessions.
