In Year 4 we had a very exciting World Book Day filled with a visit (on Zoom) by a fantastic author visit, Anna Brooke. We visited Year 1 and Year 2 and read our favourite picture books to them. We had a visit to a reading restaurant where we got to trial different books in our starter, main course and dessert. We had a Hero buddies session, where we made bookmarks and discussed each of our costume and which booked we were inspired by! We even had a mystery reader (Ms Stenmark) that read the first chapter of Pippi Longstocking. A fun day had by all!
